OVERVIEW COMPANY
Our training center offers superior corporate training courses and programs, a meaningful learning experiences and effective results. We have a pool of experienced trainers and well-designed courseware. Our focus is on providing high quality courses to upgrade the skills of our clients, in subjects ranging from project management, sales & marketing to trade & skills program, and soft skills.
Our training center is registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) as well as the Human Resource Development Corp (HRDC). We conduct courses for the general public, as well as customised in-house corporate training. Our key training areas include IT, soft-skills and industry specific short courses.

HRD Corp
The Human Resources Development Corp (HRDC) is a dynamic organisation under the Human Resources Ministry that was established in 1993.
Governed by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Bhd Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001), HRDC was given a mandate by the Malaysian Government to catalyse the development of competent local workforce that will contribute to Malaysia’s vision of becoming a high-income economy.
Since its inception, HRDC has evolved in its role from managing a sizeable fund to becoming a one-stop-centre for providing novel solutions to the critical mass of Malaysian small medium enterprises.
Rightway Elite has been accorded as a Training Business Partner of HRDC with a view to provide extensive training courses to companies and individuals that will be beneficial to all, in terms of spearheading the human capital learning and development through strategic interventions that fulfil the current and future needs of the industry.
CIDB
Construction Industry Development Board was established under the Construction Industry Development Board Act 1994 (Act 520) to establish, regulate, enforce and carry out duties related to the construction industry. In 2012, the Act was amended to strengthen the role of CIDB in enforcement of regulations which can ensure the quality and safe construction as well as to improve best practices in the construction industry.
Rightway Elite has been appointed as a training provider under CIDB’s jurisdiction, and in performing Project Management with MS Project software training course, we are allowed to provide 20 CCD (Contractor Continuous Development) points, awarded by CIDB to participants.
